Used Martha Stewart Butterly Punches, Doohikeys from Magnolia, Spellbinders Dies & Asst. Paper Mulberry Flowers
Added few self adhesive Rhinestones and Metal Corner
& lastly, the chipboard tag is from my clothes tag bought @ Massimo Dutti ;o)
