Raining, Earthquake in Dubai, UAE

Yes, you heard me right..... Raining since yesterday and we had an earthquake last night too ;o( And this morning on my way to work, 1 huge accident again, a 4x4 car smashed like a sandwich, saloon cars overturned and 4-5 saloon cars is badly hit too.... What a DAY.... I am not sure is this is common too in other country, but here in Dubai, seems very common, I notice some of the reasons 1. on the phone (mobile) while driving 2. Over speeding 3.
