1st ARTE Souk of 2010

Good morning!!!!  Yesterday we had so much fun in Arte Souk.  I've seen new faces, friends and fellow artist.  I was not expecting so much yesterday since it's the beginning of the year and most of the people are still on holiday.  Aside from the two student who came for Quilling & Papertole, we sold one big frame and he even came back just before we pack up to order another similar design. It's that nice!!!! A very good start in 2010.

And we finished six Papetole too yesterday.  The size for each project is 4" x 5". 

Down here are the famous Mickey Mouse, Mini Mouse & Donald Duck, it's ideal to hang them in kids room.

Thank God it's Thursday - Last Day of the week here in UAE

Goodevening everyone. Tomorrow will be our 1st ARTE Soukh of the year and that will be in Times Square Centre from 12:00 'till 7:00pm.  

I'll be teaching 3D Papertole to some ladies. And will be displaying all my finished cards and few of my framed 3D Papertole,  materials and kits for 3D Papertole, Quilling & Cross Stitch.

And tonight i'll be sharing you few more cards and 3D Papertole which I have finished during the holidays.

As the Valentines Day is fast approaching, I've decided to create some valentine cards using the Forever Friends Stamp and by coloring them with my TRIA Marker which my youngest sister gave me during my birthday last year and adding ribbon, here you go, my first valentine cards of the year 2010.  Hopely will be able to finish some more just before the Heart Day....

We have learned that one of our good friend is pregnant to her 2nd baby, since we don't know yet if it's a baby boy or girl, I decided to make for both gender, just to be ready!!!!

And it was a baby BOY!!!! Congratulation to Ford & Levie...

Down here is an 8 layer 3D Papertole.  The size of this project is 12" width x 8" height- This design is painted by the Famous Artist, Anton Pieck.

Long Day N' D' Office

Hi everyone!!!! I had a long day in the office today and can't wait to get home and work on my own craft table :o)

During my holiday vacation last December '09 I manage to finished some PaperTole & Cards and I'm happy to share to everyone.

It was my husband who started cutting all the pieces of this design, it's a six layer 3D Paper Tole.  In the beggining while putting them all together I had a second thought of finishing them.  But it came out beautiful, especially after my husband finished the mount for me.  Actual size of the print is 8" x 10" and after adding the mount 13" x 15"

Down here is a Card and I have used the Quilling Technique as my embellishment. The card size is 6" x 6"

New Year !!! New Look :o)

Hi everyone, HAPPY 2010 to all of you...  Hope you had a wonderful Christmas & New Year.

Hi, good morning. It's 1st of December now, can you feel the Christmas, i do .... I try to play christmas song, everytime I'm at home, especially in the morning ....

3D Paper Tole Collection

Hi everyone, good morning.....  It's been a very busy days for us the past few weeks.  ARTE Soukh @ Times Square & Festival City, schools bazar JESS & Universal American School and last night was been invited by Irish Village on their first Season's Craft Bazar plus my weekened craft session at home.  But since i got a week off from my full time job, found time to finish some 3D Paper Tole with the help of my hubby, and I'm here to share to all of you.  Hope you all like it.

BASIC QUILLING @ Arte Soukh

Good morning everyone...

Thought of sharing to all of you my new finish 3D Paper Tole.  I've started this project while I'm in Festival City for our ARTE Soukh last weekened.  I had so much fun doing it, and little bit over excited to finish them.

Pink Bazaar - Bur Juman Centre

The PINK MARATHON last Friday, 30th November  was a SUCCESS. Congratulation to all, especially to the organizer.  To Ms. Bilquis of Burjuman Centre, I personally would like to say thank for inviting me to be a part of the Pink Bazar 2009.  It was really a great experience for me.
